Subscribing

To sign up or manage alerts visit our subscription pages or call 0844 8849888.

The subscription service complements Animal Health’s and Defra’s other channels for keeping the farming community and stakeholders informed about the latest developments on notifiable animal diseases. These are:

  • Defra Helpline 08459 335577
  • Animal Health recorded information line 0844 88 44 600
  • Animal Health’s instant messaging system which sends messages to customers where contact details are held.
  • Defra's Poultry Register on 0800 634 1112

Please note that if you are a stakeholder/livestock keeper who is receiving messages already from Animal Health, you have been specifically targeted. Therefore if you register for the subscription service, you may receive some of the same messages through different channels.
